Ocean Marina is not a weekly market — it hosts special evening events a few times a year. In 2026 the main dates are August 7, November 13 and December 11. These are the Grow Boating Evening nights, with food trucks, craft bars and live music right on the waterfront. There is also the Trash and Treasure market — a large food and flea market that happens once or twice a season by special announcement. Regatta months — May, July and October — also bring a lot of energy to the marina: music, food stalls and crowds of sailors make it feel like a festival even without an official market.
